HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Orders placed from November 12, 2024 to December 11, 2024 are eligible for return or exchange until January 12, 2025. All orders placed on December 12, 2024 and after will follow our standard 30-day return policy.

Please note all sale items and collaboration products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please note, Nobis retail stores will not be accepting in-store returns or exchanges from December 26 - 29.

RETURN POLICY

Please expect your refund to be issued 7-14 days after your returned order has been received.

Final sale items are not eligible for online or in-store return, refund or exchange. Final sale items include sale items, collaboration products, limited edition products, and promotional products.

To be eligible for a complimentary return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the original tags attached. If you wish to initiate a return, please click "Request a Return" at the bottom of the page or through the link below. Input your order details within 30 days of your purchase date, and a pre-paid return shipping label will be sent to your email.

WARRANTY POLICY

What is eligible for warranty claims?

Nobis outerwear products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the reasonable lifetime of the product.

Original Proof of Purchase with date, and product details legible must be provided and all interior garment tags must be attached.
Please note only Nobis products purchased from authorized Nobis retailers listed on our website are eligible for warranty claims.

Warranty is non-transferable.

What is not eligible warranty claims?

Warranty services do not include damage due to accidents, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.

Lost or misplaced trims, belts, hoods or liners are not eligible for warranty, however a replacement can be ordered with an aligning fee, so long as the style is still in production.

Please note that dry cleaning, altering or modifying your outerwear will void the warranty.

What possible resolution will be offered?

In the rare event the product has failed due to a manufacturing defect or component failure, we will repair the product without charge for the service. Customers are responsible for shipping items to Nobis, and Nobis will cover return shipping costs.

We may replace the item at our discretion if the cost of services needed are greater than retail value of the item.

If the exact style is no longer available, a product of equal value and styling will be provided as determined by our team.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Wash: Always remove fur from your jacket prior to laundering. Jacket should be zipped closed, plackets fully closed and washed "face out" on low, delicate cool settings. Dry: Jacket should be zipped closed, placket fully closed, then turned "inside out" to dry on low cool setting.

  • Unzip and remove all fur trim and accents.
  • Turn the garment inside out.
  • Ensure all pockets are empty.
  • Don't use harsh detergents or bleach.
  • Don't wash garments with leather detailing, please see a leather dry cleaning specialist for styles AJIN and QUINTON.
